We offer FREE & INTERNATIONAL shipping, always!
The delivery times depend:
1) Of the confection time of your product(s),
2) Of the inspection (to our studios) time of your product(s),
3) And of the shipping time to your home.
Here are the approximate delays for receiving your parcel(s). We know that these delays can seem long to you. But do not worry! Know that each of these confections is meticulously hand crafted and is made with love and of high quality.
• Blini: approximately 25-90 days
• Lorange: approximately 25-90 days
Each of the Designers may be able to offer you Accelerated Confections (depending on your request(s) and date of your event(s)), but please take in consideration that extra charges may apply.
We do our best to ensure that your product(s) is/are delivered to you within the time specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for the following situations, such as:
- Bad weather,
- Strikes,
- Carrier logistics,
As well as for any other situation out of our control.
Customs Fees and Taxes:
** Please note that customs fees, taxes, or other import duties may apply to orders shipped outside of our country (Canada) . These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount in advance, as they vary depending on the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order.
If customs fees are required, payment must be made directly to the appropriate authorities for the delivery to be completed.
