How to return your products

1. You can proceed with the shipment of your product(s) once your return request has been approved (photos required as needed) and so we can send you the return form by email address.
2. Please return the product(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your product(s).
3. When we have received your product(s), it will be inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition and that it has the defects that you mentioned in your return request.
4.Once validated, we will send you a credit notes.

Our conditions

▪️ The product(s) to be returned must not have been worn, washed, stained, modified or damaged and must have its original label still attached.

▪️ We will not be able to accept the return of a product or damaged products from your order(s).
▪️ We reserve ourselves the right to refuse a return of merchandise if we receive the product(s) under conditions that would not comply with our return policy.
▪️ We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged product.
▪️ We cannot be held responsible for any physical changes in the body when ordering a customizable product.
▪️ Unfortunately, we are not responsible for slight differences in fabric colors.
Since from one electronic device to another there may be slight differences in color which are beyond our control.
▪️ Please keep your postal receipt showing the delivery date.

Personalized dresses

Your personalized dress will be sewn according to your measurements that you will provide us (chest, waist, hips etc.). Your dress therefore becomes exclusive to your size, which is why we cannot accept any return or refund for a dress that has been personalized.

Be sure to validate the accuracy of your physical measurements and the color you want before placing your final order.

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to make some adjustments.
We are therefore offering a refund of up to a value of $50 for retouching for personalized products only.
You must send us proof (photo) of your seamstress invoice in order to receive your refund.

Personal products

All personal products (earrings, fine lingerie, hair accessories and other jewelry, shoes, etc), are subject to final sale.

For hygiene reasons, they are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Our order cancellation policies 

▪️ Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 24 hours of your purchase.
▪️ Cancellation of an order within 24 hours of payment will be refunded in full.
▪️ Cancellation of an order after 24 hours will be automatically recorded, which means there will be no refund.
