ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Unpaid orders are automatically canceled 24 hours after your purchase.

• Cancellation of an order within 24 hours of payment will be fully refunded.

•The cancellation of an order after 24 hours will be automatically recorded, which means that there will be no refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHENDISE (IF NEEDED):

1. If your product(s) does not suit you, you must inform us by via our Customer Service Form here.
Once the reception of your e-mail and the return validated by our team, we will write to you if we need photos or more details concerning your return. We can then proceed to send the return form by e-mail address.
2. Please return the unsuitable product(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your product(s). Note that for your protection, receipt of your package(s) is confirmed by the delivery company. All returned products will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be therefore not refundable.
3. When we have received your return product(s), they will be thoroughly inspected by our team to ensure they are in their original condition and have the defects you mentioned in your return request.
4. Once validated, we will send you a credit notes.

CONDITIONS NEEDED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

 The product(s) to be returned must not have been worn, washed, stained, altered or damaged and must have their original label still attached.

 We reserve the right to refuse a return of merchandise if we receive the product(s) in conditions that do not comply with our return policy.

 We cannot be held responsible for any physical modifications when ordering a customizable product(s).

 Unfortunately, we are not responsible for slight differences in fabric colors on all devices.

CUSTOMIZED DRESSES:


If your order is a personalized dress, it will be sewn according to your measurements that you have provided us (chest, waist, hips etc.).

Your dress therefore becomes exclusive to your size, which is why we cannot accept any returns or refunds for a dress that has been personalized.

Be sure to validate the accuracy of your physical measurements and the color you want before placing your final order.

We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional such as a seamstress or an experienced person.



We understand that sometimes it is necessary to make some sewing adjustments on your ordered product(s).

We offer a refund of up to $50 for any alterations with the purchase of all dresses of $500.00 or more.
You must send us proof (photo(s)) of your seamstress invoice in order to receive your refund.


PERSONAL PRODUCTS:

For all personal products (earrings, fine lingerie, hair accessories and other jewelry, shoes, etc.), are subject to FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately for hygienic reasons, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
